Why I Created The Flower of Empowerment Process
I was in my grandmother's diverse and lush garden, alive with flowers of all kinds blossoming with their unique beauty and the thought struck me that these flowers are not here comparing themselves, they simply stand firmly face to the sun, absorb from their deeply planted roots and bloom in their perfect timing. Metaphorically, if we were each a flower - what are the lessons of the garden and how can we cultivate a life where we can become the conscious gardener?
We are all here to be our most beautiful and unique expression!
I created this course with the young women and girls in mind who I taught and coached when I was a High School teacher and Volleyball coach for 15+ years. I'm convinced that if we taught this in schools the mental health of women and girls would be a lot different. This course "inspects and prunes" how we view ourselves and our place in the garden of possibility. I continue to use the ideas and exercises in this workbook to reinforce my own healthy self-perception and get clear on my goals so that I can create my best life, free from the societal pressures that want me comparing myself instead of pursuing my blooming bliss!
