If you do this on a full moon it will amplify the effects even more. Think of a bubble or blister finally bursting and a fresh start to a new cycle commencing! Make way for the new that wants to make its way to you!
This is a potent way to get the junk out of your body and psyche where you have stored them until you were ready to deal with them.
