Week Three Self-Love ‘Om’-work and Challenges

Take some dedicated time with the powerful questions in this module to discover your blue sky dreams and overcome your limiting beliefs.

Add to your list all the big blue sky dreams for yourself. Do not censor your desires, you have them for a reason! Perhaps you are beginning to see for the first time that you are worthy of having big dreams for yourself!! You are worthy of the life of your dreams!

Identify and begin doing the small but significant things you can do daily to move toward your goals. What is ONE commitment that you can make to do daily to begin creating your dreams for yourself.

Use the Chase, Challenge, Choose, Change Method whenever you identify that you are triggered. Remember: these upsets are pure gold! They are signs guiding us to identifying our mis-perceptions and limiting beliefs we hold that need our forgiveness and attention for healing.

In your meditation practice for the next week, practice the simple healing inner child meditation/prayer of Ho’ oponopono. Follow a youtube video or simply repeat this prayer in your mind while saying it to your inner child. Check out Dr. Hew Len on Youtube for more about this simple ancient healing practice.

Continue with the healthy suggested practices from week one and two.
