SUMMER LOVIN’ HAD ME A BLAST!!

Summer lovin’ happened so fast! Although our Summer of Self-Love course may be coming to an end soon, this is just the beginning of your self-love journey! Self-love is the endless summertime in your heart. It’s never over, not for your whole life! You GET to do this work of uncovering your blocks to self-love and fall deeper in love with yourself everyday! And more good news, you can never get it wrong! Live your life as a love letter to yourself. Live your life intentionally as a mindful meditation. Live your life making love to your experience of embodiment. May you look through a new and loving lens at yourself and the world. May you fall deeper in love every time you open up your eyes.

This summer we looked at how to nurture and support our body at the cellular level, how to nourish the organism with life force energy! We learned how we fall into the trap of “someday-ing” and our secondary gain payoffs that can keep us stuck, plus how to identify and remove these. We learned about the subliminal and cumulative negative effects of media and made the conscious choice to guard our subconscious mind from these influences. We learned about the early childhood limiting beliefs and programs that keep us from living the dreams that our Higher Self has for us and we learned how to delete the programs and choose again from a place of conscious awareness. We visited our inner sanctuary and received important messages from our Higher Self. We learned to challenge our thoughts and feelings and to remain/regain calm by using our breath as free therapy. We learned the purpose of pleasure, meaningful- mindfulness and to swap our busy-ness for BEing-ness.
