Week One Self-Love ‘Om’-work and Challenges
Get yourself a journal to answer the self-exploration questions and Om-work. Dedicate a time and space to do the exercises so you help yourself stay committed to your transformation.
Take a before pic of yourself in your bathing suit today. Write down in your journal what you think when you look at yourself in that picture, good or bad judgments, just be honest about how you feel right now. I encourage you to do this as an act of reclaiming your freedom from fear of criticism and judgment. You will have this to compare at the end of the course to see what your progress is on your self-perception and acceptance.
Eat 50%+ living foods this week. One big raw salad and two pieces/servings of fruit should accomplish this.
Drink at least 1.5 ltr water/day with a pinch of Redmond's salt (best choice) or make a solé water infusion to use 1tsp/day in water. (tutorials can be found on Youtube)
Purchase the 12 basic tissue salts combo and begin to take as directed. ("Schuessler" is the brand I use).
Sun-gaze: watch the beginning half hour of sunrise or the concluding half hour of sunset at least once this week. These are the safe times. You can look into the sun safely for only 10 seconds at first, adding 10 second increments each day especially if you are new to sun- gazing. Look in the direction of the sun but not directly at it or close your eyes and face the sun. Preferably do this standing barefoot on the ground (grounding). Repeat as many days as possible this summer until you have built up to a half hour. When we experience the rising and setting of the sun and this continual cycle that is faithful and enduring, we are subliminally and primaly reminded to trust in the processes of nature and our own place in the family of beings.
Check out a wide variety of Solfeggio frequencies and meditations on Youtube. Try at least once this week even just for 5-10 minutes per day.
Make yourself a Summer of Self-Love playlist!! Choose songs that make you want to dance and move your body and enjoy your body. Make this the soundtrack to your best summer!!
Read and sign "The Pledge To The Process" and read the "Manifesta". You may want to print, frame and display them prominently as a visual reminder of the process and pledge you have made to yourself .

How about the phrases “worth your weight in salt” or “salt of the earth”? Bio-chemistry and vibrational quantum frequency of health is SALT AND SUN AND SELF-LOVE! Sounds like the perfect recipe for the best Summer yet!
