Week Two Self-Love ‘Om’-work and Challenges

Do the “Destroy Your Flaw-lusions” worksheet (attached). It super fun and empowering!

Do a social media detox of all the subliminal and cumulative negative influences that are telling you that you are anything less than perfect just as you are! Let NO more lies pass into your subconscious through images.

Write on your mirror in lipstick “THIS IS WHAT BEAUTY LOOKS LIKE!” This begins the re-programming of your subconscious mind every time you look at yourself.

Find a baby picture or two or three of yourself and display them prominently so that when you see them you are reminded of the perfection that you are, always were and always will be!

Get naked in front of the mirror and using a luxurious essential oil blend or your favourite lotion, massage every part of your body while telling each part, “You are perfect and purposeful. I will not believe anymore lies about you. I love and accept you as you are. I am more than the sum of my parts. I AM WHOLE AND PERFECT”. Repeat often all summer long. Speak to your body with love and reverence.

Complete the Someday-ing and Secondary Gains journaling questions. Observe throughout the week where you fall into these patterns of coping and stop yourself before you allow it to creep in and keep you stuck.

Continue Om-work from week one. Read the Manifesta, sign the Pledge and take your pic if you haven’t already.
