Week Four Self-Love ‘Om’-work and Challenges
Enjoy the water with an alchemical ritual baths; 1 cup epsom salts, one cup Borax, a few drops of essential oil(s), and rose quartz (for self-love) or other crystals. Light candles and add flower petals for an even deeper self-love expreience.
Swimming immersion in cool/cold water. Go deep under until you can't hear the noises on the surface. Then look up to the light as you resurface. (Best done naked ;-) Or if you can't be in a body of water, finish your shower with a 10-20 second blast of cold water building up to as long as you can tolerate. This is a powerful reset of your immune system and inner thermostat.
Research the Masuro Emoto water study ‘Messages from the Water’ and watch youtube video MJ Pangman on our Crystalline Liquid water structure and/or her book “Dancing With Water”. Use your key chosen words of kindness to your water and on your bottle to charge your water with your loving intentions.

Create your practice of breathing with conscious intentional re-calibration and connection to your inner fountain/Source.
Try the Ocean Breath three times this week (10 reps to begin).
Continue with the Om-work from weeks 1-3.
