Life is a playground! We have come here to play and create. We were never meant to lose that joyful childlike awe that we came in with. So this week we give ourself permission to connect to our pleasure-seeking nature with a fun challenge and activity!

B is for Beauty- seek out the beauty in the boring, the magnificence in the mundane. Post a pic of something you see everyday yet haven't stopped long enough to appreciate for its beauty. Maybe that is you?
I is for Inspiration- find an object, person, quote, picture that you find incredibly inspiring and display it as your screen saver so it subliminally drops into your subconcious anytime you open your phone.
N is for Nature- take a slow walk in nature and be present with the profound oneness. Listen, smell, sense and see your own place in the nature of all things.
G is for Gratitude- get your gratitude on! Make a list of what you are giving thanks for and no longer taking for granted for one more second.
O is or Orgasm!! YES! You read that right! Where are you making love with life and experiencing the orgasmic energy of BEING fully alive!! Get creative with this one!! What turns you ON?
