Welcome to CRAVE

To begin, let’s get right down to the fundamental existential question that has truly brought us all here, here to this course yes, but here to this planet right here and now for such a time as this.

What is the meaning to all of this? What is the meaning of life? What is the point of it all? What is my purpose here?

Let’s be honest. You are here, signed up for this course because you are looking for something more from this life. Something is calling to your very Soul and you haven’t yet found how to satisfy the craving, the longing and the yearning that won’t go away.

IT IS WHY YOU ARE HERE.

By the end of this course you will feel more clear and have the tools to answer these questions for yourself and your own life. Nothing has meaning without the meaning that YOU CHOOSE to assign to it so that means that the meaning of life is​ whatever you choose it is. And the best news is, as humans, we are meaning-making machines. We are here to CREATE MEANING. We were created by Creator to create. And through our own divine and magical human imagination (eye-magi-nation=magical sightedness) we have created all that we see and apply our own meaning to. We create these meaningful ideas and moments and to string them together and call it a life.

The quality of your life is guided by the meaning you choose to apply to everything, so the true question is, what meaning​ do you choose? This will determine what you wish to create in this life. The answer to this question is the answer to what you truly crave. The asking of this question is the first step to taking responsibility for what you are here to create. Anything you create from this space will be a contribution to the collective.

When you are in alignment with what you are choosing to create and to make meaningful, you will be living in alignment with your purpose and your soul will be satisfied. Sound simple? It can be.

In this 6 week inner odyssey you will learn to:

R​elease the fear blocks and past programs that are keeping you from your dreams

A​ttract and allow greater abundance into your life

V​alue yourself and know the core values that steer your vision for your life’s desires

E​xpress your authentic voice and gifts to the world

●  Participate as much as possible in the group to celebrate and share successes and inspirations as well as build lasting connections.

●  Information becomes transformation through action- create a dedicated time & space for your process.

●  Be on the live calls as often as possible to contribute your inquiries, energy and insights.

●  Nourish your cells by following the cell health system. It supports your process in this physical realm where all of what we create is made manifest.

●  Begin to move your body in a way that celebrates your embodiment and gives you pleasure and pride.

●  Empower yourself through gentle loving kindness towards yourself and respect for the big shifts you are courageously undertaking. Go slow and steady and support yourself through this with no criticism, only the pride and joy in what you are choosing, you powerful creator you!
