Continue your meditation and visioning practice 15-30 mins per day with only the intention of hearing and connecting to your inner voice, your Higher Self, your own Soul. 

Kriyaaaaaaaa!! And by now, you might even know the trestle board off by heart!! Keep absorbing it into your subconscious. Your vision is changing to be a SEER and KNOWER, not just an observer. That's creation power bay-bee!

Continue to do the daily actions you have committed to and set your intentions EVERYDAY. Add new actions to habituate if you feel ready. Do the “check-in” every week to see how you did and where you can improve or adapt. 

Keep integrating living cellular nutrition into your daily lifestyle one small step at a time. 

Continue your movement/embodiment daily celebration. Add a few minutes if you feel ready or increase the intensity. Movement is momentum, movement is life. 

Be gentle and patient with yourself. Stay the course. Own your choices. Be intentional. Create your life. Forgive to set yourself free. Celebrate everything! Live according to your values. Hold the vision. Connect to your authenticity through compassionate curiosity. Express yourself creatively. Love yourself fiercely!! 

Congratulations!! You now have your own inner guidance system with your hard work on these exercises and lessons over the past 6 weeks. You have the tools you need to feed your cells, love yourself and satisfy your soul!! Although the 6 week CRAVE course is coming to a close, you’ve just begun! And everyday is a new beginning and a new chance to choose, create and celebrate again and again and again...
