From WithOUT to WithIN
We’ve reached the end...or is it the beginning?... It all comes back to you...again and again...
Your cravings are simply the hidden feelings you desire to feel. Your addictions are the self-chosen substitutes standing in place of that which you truly desire. You desire love, connection and authenticity above all else. You are the only true supply and solely responsible for your own feelings and fulfilling your desires for love, connection and authentic expression.
You need only surrender those cravings which disconnect you from your Self for the true desire that moves you toward your freedom; your authentic expression. The greatest and most important relationship of your life, the connection you crave is to the authentic YOU.
From Without to Within:
If it is without you, you will always be without it. If it is within you, you will never be without it.
Flip the script from the first week’s craving exercise to create a new empowered statement of your authentic truth. Fill in the blank with what you are craving (outsourcing) in the material world then rewrite it placing YOU as the source (in-sourcing) of what you crave.
Outsourcing perspective from week one:
I crave______________________________because I believe it will give me feel ________________________.
In-sourcing perspective:
The source of_______________________________ (feeling) is within me.

In-sourcing perspective:

Now Affirm: All the power that is and ever was is available to me now, I need only realize that I am my source. I am my supply. The source of what I crave is always available to me because it is within me. I find all I seek when I turn within.
