Do the exercises in this workbook to clearly define your Top 5 Core Values. Display them prominently and memorize them. They are what you will call on when it’s decision time. They are your foundation for living in alignment.
Take 5-15 mins per day to meditate and vision with only the intention of hearing and connecting to your inner voice, your Higher Self, your own soul. Ask the questions from the visioning process exercise in today’s workbook. Write down anything that comes forward in your meditation. Make plans to act on it.
Continue to do the daily actions you have committed to and set your intentions EVERYDAY. Do the “check-in” every week to see how you did and where you can improve or adapt.
Keep integrating living cellular nutrition into your daily lifestyle.
Continue your movement/embodiment celebration practice. Add a few minutes if you feel ready or increase the intensity. Movement is momentum, movement is life.
Do the vision board activity to implant images of what you desire to manifest into your subconscious. Seed the subconscious (PDF Provided).
Be gentle and patient with yourself. Stay the course. Own your choices. Be intentional. Create your life. Forgive to set yourself free. Celebrate it ALL! Live according to your values and hold the vision...
