Continue your Kriya- movement/embodiment celebration practice. Add a few minutes if you feel ready or increase the intensity. Movement is momentum, movement is life.
Take 5 mins per day to meditate with only the intention of hearing and connecting to your inner voice, your higher Self, your own soul. Write down anything that comes forward in your meditation.
Be gentle and patient with yourself. Stay the course. Own your choices. Be intentional. Create your life. Forgive and set yourself free.
