Gratitude rampage in the morning and gratitude journal in the evening to influence the subconscious mind in these fertile and lucid times of day.
Practice accepting all compliments freely. Make this a daily intention to begin receiving with greater ease.
Life inventory of energy drains... be ruthless in editing your “stuff”. Is it useful? Do I love it? Does it make me happy? In other words...Does this contribute in a positive way to my life and the best version of me? If it doesn’t, it is an energy drain and needs to go. Continue to do the daily actions you have committed to and set your intentions EVERYDAY. Do the “check-in” every week to see how you did and where you can improve or adapt.

Continue your movement/embodiment celebration practice. Add a few minutes if you feel ready or increase the intensity. Movement is momentum, movement is life.
Take 5 mins per day to meditate with only the intention of hearing and connecting to your inner voice, your higher Self, your own soul. Write down anything that comes forward in your meditation.
Be gentle and patient with yourself. Stay the course. Own your choices. Be intentional. Create your life. Forgive to set yourself free. Celebrate it ALL!
