You must know your values and live by them or you will constantly feel out of alignment with your integrity. Much of our stress in life comes from not knowing or living our values. When you live in accordance with your core values you will feel empowered and grounded and your self-esteem will soar! Your choices must be congruent with your values if you wish to live with deep peace of mind and true satisfaction.

Our core values are a set of deep beliefs that we strive to live by whether consciously or unconsciously. They are significant to understand our relationship to our world. When we haven’t identified them clearly we may feel as though life is a struggle and it’s tough to make decisions. But when we know and live in accordance with our values, our external actions & behaviours consistently match the internal qualities important to us. When we do not know our own values we become indecisive, anxious and lethargic. BUT, when we know and live in alignment with our values we feel confident, energized, purposeful and clear to make decisions while living authentically.

Core values are the moral compass that allow you to make clear decisions in unclear circumstances. They are the rules and guidelines to help you choose what is right for you when it isn’t so obvious.
