NEW this year!! We will be learning a Kriya (kundalini yoga moves) together to do for the entire 6 weeks. Once we begin it is essential to commit to doing it EVERYDAY for the next 40 days to instill self-trust and self-discipline and get the energy and frequency up and moving for us!
Start reading and meditating on the Trestleboard Pattern every night before you fall asleep. Its more powerful if its the final thing you see/read before you drift off.
Post your top feeling words somewhere you will see them everyday: screen saver, mirror, fridge...etc
Create and schedule a dedicated time and clear space to commit to this process. It is your time and your life. No one can do it for you. Make it a meaningful time to connect to your Self.
Answer all of the QUEST-ions. The transformation happens in the action. Otherwise, it’s just a whole lot of information.
Take 5 mins per day to meditate with only the intention of hearing and connecting to your inner voice, your higher Self, your own soul. Write down anything that comes forward in your meditation. This will be most powerful when 1) you can 2) right after the Kriya
