Complete all of the Action-Intention Planning exercises in the previous lessons. 

Do the actions you have committed to and set your intentions EVERYDAY as a reminder of how you want to feel and what you will need to do to feel that way. Do the “check-in” every week to see how you did and where you can improve or adapt. 

Keep integrating the nutrition plan and plenty of whole, fresh fruits into your daily lifestyle. 

Begin integrating daily Kriya movement/embodiment celebration practice into your schedule.

Read or write out the Pattern on the Trestleboard.

Take 5 mins per day to meditate with only the intention of hearing and connecting to your inner voice, your higher Self, your own soul. Write down anything that comes forward in your meditation. 

Be gentle and patient with yourself. Stay the course. Own your choices. Be intentional. Design each day. Make your ritual habitual. Create your life.
